很多人觉得,食品抽了真空,就不会坏了,那么,塑料包装袋抽了真空,就真的能保证食品不会坏吗?当然不是的,只能说在相同条件下,抽了真空和不抽真空的塑料包装袋相比,真空塑料包装袋对食物的保质期有一定的延长作用,但抽真空与否却不是能否延长保质期唯一的因素,延程包装贴心提醒,并不是买了真空塑料袋就万事大吉,真空包装袋操作过程中的诸多细节影响食品真空包装的效果:

2、真空包装过的包装袋的杀菌方式也很重要,在加热杀菌处理的时候,应该严格的控制好杀菌温度以及杀菌的时间。
3、避免因为温度过高造成包装袋内部压力过高,导致包装袋封口分离、破裂。
4、根据己产品的不同,选择合适的压力抽真空,但真空包装的包装袋必须完全抽气,特别是对生鲜肉类和没有定形的食品真空包装,不能残留气体,防止残留下的气体导致真空包装袋内的食品腐败变质。
5、在电商运输过程当中,尽量使用保温效果号的包装箱及填充物,泡沫箱,保温棉袋,冰袋,搭配使用。任何生的家禽类肉最佳食用在六个月以内(越近越新鲜),鱼类最好不要超过三个月。
冰箱冷藏并不能阻止细菌的滋生繁殖!只是在低温和空气接触面小的情况下,可以减少细菌滋生,放缓变质的速度、熟的肉制品在真空的情况下,在理想的环境中理论上可以保存十天左右。
熟的肉类建议大家不要超过十五天到三十天!所以,还是尽快食用得好。
